Doberman: loving, intelligent, and protective

Vivaro vom Noblesshof

*Vivaro is retired from breeding. Always Faithful Supernova (click here) is Vivaro’s daughter. Supernova is currently used in our program.

We received Vivaro as an older adult with a purpose of enhancing our breeding stock. Vivaro is a very special male doberman. He loves to be real close to his family and is very affectionate! He can be happily right at your side for hours without being a nuisance. When you give him a command, his ears perk your way and he jumps to it. He is always ready to please. Vivaro was bred and trained at the Noblesshof Kennel and Dog Training School in Novi Sad, Serbia. Vivaro received his BH and IPO1 titles at an early age. Vivaro scored Vp (very promising) in baby class of IDC 2011. Also, Vivaro was the youth class winner at CAC Kula – Serbia. He was imported into America as a young adult. Vivaro has great food drive as well as ball drive, so training is easy. He loves to please people! More Pics Below.

Height at Withers: 28 inches
Bodyweight: 95-100 pounds

Vivaro has been DNA tested for copies of vWD. There are three categories for vWD status: clear, carrier, and affected. Vivaro does not carry any copies of the gene responsible for vWD. So, she is a clear and not affected. When he is bred, we ensure that he is mated with a female that is either clear or carrier so that all puppies are guaranteed to not be affected. The mating of clear to clear and clear to carrier is common practice in doberman breeding.

Vivaro has been DNA tested for copies of mutated PDK4 genes. Mutated PDK4 genes being a predictor to DCM, it is only one small piece of the puzzle when it comes to DCM. There are many other factors that contribute to a doberman’s probability of developing DCM. That said, it is good news that Vivaro does not have a mutated gene commonly found in dogs that have DCM.

Hip Dysplasia

Vivaro has had his hips evaluated and they came back with a rating of B, which is equivalent to “Good” in the OFA classification system. At his current age, Vivaro shows no physical signs of hip dysplasia. He stands, runs, hops, and sits very quickly with a smile on his face.

Wobbler Syndrome

Vivaro shows no physical signs of having wobbler syndrome. Vivaro stands up quickly when needed. Vivaro loves to sprint full speed as well as trot with no hesitations.

Albinism is determined by looking at a Doberman’s AKC number. If the AKC number has a “Z” in it, then the Doberman (often referred to as Z-factored) has ancestors that carried the albinistic gene. Z-factored Dobermans should never be bred.

Vivaro is not a Z-factored dog. Therefore, Vivaro does not carry albinism in her genetic makeup.

During his upbringing at Noblesshof Kennel, Vivien earned his Begleithund (BH) title showing that he has correct obedience, socialness, and temperament.

During his youth, Vivaro earned an Internationale Prufungs-Ordnung (IPO 1) title with scores of A: 91, B:89, C:87.

Vivaro scored Vp (very promising) in baby class of IDC 2011. Also, Vivaro was the youth class winner at CAC Kula – Serbia.
